A few practical notes

  • Response time. We aim for the same business day, always within 48 hours. Weekends are slower; we play football too.
  • Bug reports. A short description plus a screenshot is more useful than a long write up. Browser and OS help. We don't need stack traces unless you have them.
  • Where we are. Kathmandu, Nepal. Mostly working in your time zone if you're between UTC+5 and UTC+10.
